Flooded with mixed emotions as I prepare to relocate. THIS has been my spot for the last three years. Lisa and I were incredibly lucky to score this location within our budget... 120 second walk from the dunes of the warm Atlantic Ocean of South Cocoa Beach, FL. We will now be a 25 minute drive away, but we'll have a pool... and that's pretty cool. I will always long to be beachside again, but maybe next time with a pool and an screened in outdoor space. This one, however, will always be my "first".
